Hi,

I’m Jerry Fischkes, the “LoanMan,” and welcome to my website. I would like to briefly go over what this site is all about.

In addition to my tools and resources pages which I hope you will find useful, I invite you to visit my video page which features unique videos which really do shed a lot of light on the subject of real estate and home loans. I interview top professionals where we discuss the many factors and nuances in their field.  We talk about the world of escrow and title insurance.  And by the way,  if you are about to go into escrow to sign loan documents,  my interview with Susie Lawler, Notary Republic,  is an absolute must see.  Also, I have created several videos of myself where I talk about many subjects, including two extremely informative videos on FHA loans. I will be adding more videos to this page on a regular basis.

...And to lighten things up a bit, I have included several of my music videos.  Classical guitar and voice have been serious hobbies of mine for most of my life.
